One for the ladies… Olay Big British Beauty Poll
One of the most interesting things about writing SCforM is being able to map trends in skincare and grooming. For example, three months ago I was fielding hundreds of emails about tanning – this month there are a lot of people (possibly the same people) coming here looking to undo that damage now that summer’s over.
Doing this sort of survey on a much larger scale, Olay are conducting a Big British Beauty Poll this year and i’m excited to see the results. For such a large company (that has some very good skincare) to take the time to listen to consumers can only be a good thing – it means you get more of what you want and less of what you don’t (and they get some valuable data in return!).
A comprehensive ‘beauty census’ on everything from clinically proven beauty products; to top skincare concerns; to beauty buying habits; right through to discovering the nation’s most iconic beauty of all time
Here are the deets:
- Olay are offering 500,000 women the chance to sample and report on their new 3-Point Super Serum.
- You’ll also have the opportunity to take part in a poll to determine what people really look for when buying skincare, what people want their skincare to do and even popular beauty icons (you can see a few of mine above!).
- You have until the 20th October to take the poll here and grab a sample of that serum which, incidentally, I thought was pretty great.
