• De-puff those eyes. Since the focus of your face becomes your eyes when wearing glasses, make sure you take care of them. Try refridgerating an eye gel that you can use in the morning before putting on your glasses – this will help to both de-puff your eyes and moisturise them slightly so that they look a little younger/fresher.

• Dark circles be gone! If you have dark circles, glasses may magnify the problem. Try using a little bit of illuminator underneath them to brighten up the area. • Buy the right shape. When choosing frames, take the shape of your face into consideration. A pair of glasses can really alter the way your face looks and you want it to look better, not worse! The general rule of thumb is to go for something that has the opposite shape to your face. So if you face is quite round, go for square frames. • Don’t forget your brows! Your brows are already a focal point of your face and this is amplified when you’re wearing glasses. Make sure your brows are well groomed and run a brow comb through them before you leave the door – it’ll make the world of difference.
