If you’re looking to buy your first retinoid product, I highly recommend you buy this one. It’s easily available over-the-counter at any drugstore in the US (I think we’re still waiting on a release in the UK) and contains a rather high concentration of retinol. By using this product daily at night as a moisturiser coupled with sunscreen during the day, you can expect brighter skin, an even tone, faded acne scars and for those with lines and wrinkles – this will dramatically lessen their appearance after a few months of continuous use.

These claims are all scientifically proven and this particular product is recommended by experts as an excellent over-the-counter retinoid. As an added bonus it contains antioxidants like green tea in amounts that will actually make a difference in the skin. I used this product for at least a year and it made a drastic improvement in my skin, the ingredients are potent and they won’t pose a risk to those prone to acne.

Definately check this one out if you’re intrigued by retinol products, i’d say they’re a must have if you are over the age of 25. It works!

This also comes in an intensive night version and a serum but I’d suggest you stick with the regular cream. You can use this all over as a night cream and pat it underneath your eyes if you have thin skin or fine lines there.
